Carmen Frederick (Fred) Mey of Prescott, Ariz., passed away May 9, 2013, at the VA Hospital Hospice Center at the age of 79. He was born in Saginaw, Mich., Dec. 14, 1933. 

A military service will be scheduled at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Mich., at a later date.
