BRANNAN, Gayle R.

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Tuesday, June 04, 2013 Gayle R. Brannan, 81, of Buckeye died May 30, 2013, at her home. Mrs. Brannan was born Feb. 22, 1932, in Buckeye to William and Sarah Martin. She was raised in Buckeye and graduated from Buckeye High School in 1950. She married George Brannan and worked for the Liberty Elementary District as a cafeteria cook and a bus driver. She was preceded in death by her husband, George; and one son, Greg. She is survived by three sons, Doug, Jeff and John; three daughters, Wendy Nelson, Glenna Kieffer and Jane Brannan; two brothers, Glen Martin and Bobby Martin; one sister, Bonnie Irvine; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services were June 3 at the Liberty Methodist Church. Interment was at Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery in Buckeye. The Rev. Beverly Ritland officiated.
