Bill was born on July 25, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri. Bill loved working with metal. He was a welder and sprinkler fitter by trade. Bill was preceded in death by his Father – Winifred William Caswell SR, Mother – Betty Molinari and Sister – Patricia Blanton. He is survived by his Wife – Wanda Caswell. Daughters – Serena Hoover (Donald) & Rebecca Madrid (Anthony) and 6 Grandchildren – Stephanie, Donald, Amanda, Zackary, Jacob & Ronald. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 7 from 4:30 PM – 6 PM at Hansen’s Mortuary, 8314 N 7th St. Phoenix, AZ 85020 and a Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 8 at 3:00 PM at Lakeside Cemetery.
