Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, June 5, 2013 - Pam Denny passed away May 31, 2013 at the age of 63 in Lake Havasu City. She was born April 12, 1950 in Oakland, Calif. to William Harper and Josie L. (Mathes). She moved to Lake Havasu City in 1976. In 1979 while working at Jerry’s Restaurant she met Jim and in 1980 they married. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed her trips to Laughlin, playing Bingo at The Knights and cooking. Pam will be missed by all including her bingo buddies. One of her best friends is a little furry four-legged girl, Bella, who misses her very much. We know she is now free of pain and in Heaven with her grandson Justin, mother-in-law Mary Denny and her stepdaughter, Lisa Marie Denny along with her other buddy Bubba and God, watching over all of us. Pam is survived by her husband of 33 years, James Denny of Lake Havasu City; sons, Todd Renfro of Las Vegas, Nev. and Tracy Renfro of Colorado; daughter, RaeAnn Renfro of Lake Havasu City; stepson Jim Denny of Telluride, Colo.; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild and one on the way. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Pam, my heart is empty since you left but memories of the 33 years we had will fill the gap until we are together again, I love you, Jim.
