Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online on June 8, 2013 - Edward Baird, age 59, passed away in peace on Monday, June 3, 2013, in Mohave Valley, Ariz. He was born on May 17, 1954 in Salina, Kansas. He was born the youngest of four children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arley R. Baird, and Tommie H. Baird (Ratcliff). Edward is survived by his wife, Debbie Baird; his sons Dustin Baird, and Christopher Baird, his daughter; Emily Baird, and his daughter-In-law, Sabrina Baird. Edward graduated from Lompac Senior High School in California on June 9, 1972, and served in the U.S. Army from 1974 to 1977 in Fort Carson, Colorado. After living in several parts of the U.S. he often referred to Colorado as the most beautiful place he had been. Edward was married to Debra Young on January 25, 2002 in Laughlin, NV. Edward was a beloved husband and father.
