~Robert Dale "Bob" Johnson, age 83, a 7-year resident of Bullhead City, Arizona, died Thursday, May 23, 2013, in Bullhead City.
~Bob was born December 16, 1929 in Bloomington, Ill., where he was the owner of Bob Johnson's Restaurant for 35 years and business partner of Dennison Ford Toyota. He was a member of Mohammad Shrine Temple and Past Potentate 1983.
~Bob enjoyed his retirement years RVing and traveling. He was generous and loving, had a great sense of humor and was a friend to all. He was happiest entertaining friends and family and will be missed by many people who's lives he touched daily.
~Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne.
~He is survived by his nine children, three sons, Robert (Valery) Johnson of Warrensberg, Mo., Dean Berenz of San Diego, Calif., and Henry (Julie) Berenz of Sycamore, Ill; six daughters, Leighia (Greg) Cleary of Macon, Ill., Peggy Johnson of Erie, Colo., Karyn (Michael Sr.) Hasselbring of Bloomington, Ill., Karol (Patt) Johnson of Brighton, Colo., Margery (John) Clark of Pinetop, Ariz., and Elizabeth (Don) Gohl of Lincoln, Ill.; twin sister, Betty Moore of Sacramento, Calif.; numerous grand children, great-grandchildren and loving companion, Tine Wicklund.
~A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 3, 2013, at the Riverview Resort, 2000 Ramar Road, Bullhead City, Ariz., Pastor Cecil Durham will officiate.
~Arrangements are under the direction of Dimond & Sons Silver Bell Chapel, 2620 Silver Creek Rd. Bullhead City, Ariz.
