Maria Luisa Soto, 62, of Goodyear died June 4, 2013, in Goodyear of cancer.
Mrs. Soto was born April 17, 1951, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, to Eduardo de la Torre and Engracia Cuenca.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Reyes Soto; three daughters, Claudia Sanchez, Sandra Paredes and Cynthia Soto; three sons, Juan de la Torre, Luis de la Torre and Reyes Soto; and 17 grandchildren.
A visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, with a Rosary recital at 6 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John Vianney Parish, 539 La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear.
Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
