Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 Nancy L. Foerster, a native of Globe, passed away in her home on June 1, [2013]. Nancy was born in 1941 to Everett and Ruth Todd. Nancy and her younger brother, Norman Todd, were raised in Globe and were graduates of Globe High School. Nancy married Robert (Bobby) Foerster shortly after high school and they made their home in Globe. Robert worked for Inspiration Consolidated Copper while Nancy was able to stay at home and raise their three children. Nancy was very involved in her children’s lives and eventually volunteered as a teacher’s aide at Noftsger Hill School until her youngest finished school there. Nancy and Bob were involved in numerous social events, including the Gila County Centennial pageant held in 1976. Nancy moved to Glendale/Peoria Arizona following a divorce from Robert, where she attended Apollo Medical College and obtained her degree as a medical assistant. She was employed with CIGNA Health Systems and worked in Sun City. After completing school, Nancy met the love of her life, David Justice with whom she spent the next 26 years. After retiring, Dave and Nancy moved to Overgaard, Ariz. where they lived on the outskirts of town and enjoyed the elk, deer, and other wildlife coming into the yard frequently for water. Nancy is survived by David Justice; her daughters, Lou Ann Rickett (John) and Karen Reblin (Dane); and son, Todd Foerster. She also is survived by her younger brother, Norman Todd and his wife, Joan. Nancy is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Globe LDS Stake Center on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 1 p.m.
