James was born on September 30, 1943 in Phoenix, Arizona. James was a Software Engineer for over 20 years. He was an avid bowler and some of his other hobbies included; building cars, hunting & fishing, camping, motorcycles, archery and building model planes. One of his favorite accomplishments was building his own home on his ranch. James was preceded in death by his Father – Edward Brown and Mother – Sylvia Brown. He is survived by his Wife – Janice Brown, Children – Tammy Brown Paolone and Timothy A. Brown, Step-Children – Dianna Petrytus, Donald Thompson JR & Vera Jackson, 10 Grandchildren, 10 Great- Grandchildren and Brothers – David (Donna) Brown and Roland Brown. Services were held on June 13, 2013 at Black’s Show Low Mortuary in Show Low, Arizona.
