West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, June 14, 2013 Terry Fuentez, 51, of Tolleson died June 9, 2013, from lung cancer. Ms. Fuentez was born in Merced, Calif., to Katy and Edward Fuentez. She lived in Arizona for 37 years. She is survived by two sons, Salvadore Dominguez II and Bryan Fuentez; one daughter, Brittany Catherine Dominguez; one grandchild; two brothers, Mark and Richard; and four sisters, Ruby, Annette, Mia and Melissa. A visitation for family and friends will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Holy Cross Catholic Mortuary, 9925 W. Thomas Road in Avondale, with a Rosary recital at 6:30 p.m. A prayer service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the mortuary, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
