HENDRIX, Darrick Michael

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, June 14, 2013 Darrick Michael Hendrix, 23, of Glendale and formerly of Avondale died June 6, 2013. Mr. Hendrix was born April 22, 1990, in Maryvale. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Cathy Luquez-Hendrix-Rabago and Robert Rabago; his father and stepmother, Darrick Hendrix and Serena Roberts; seven siblings, Dyllon Hendrix, Daniel Hendrix, Jenna Rabago, Simon Rabago, Aidan Hendrix, Gabriel Rabago and Liam Hendrix. He was a student returning to Glendale Community College in the fall, majoring in biology. He worked at Walmart and was planning to become a veterinarian, working with exotic animals. Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. today at Pure Heart Christian Fellowship, 14240 N. 43rd Ave. in Glendale. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.thompsonfuneralchapel.com.
