TREVINO, Fidencio (Guero) Valdez


Willcox Range News, Willcox, Arizona Tuesday, May 28, 2013 Fidencio “Guero” Valdez Trevino, of Richland Ranchettes (Cochise), died May 24, 2013 at the age of 71. He was born in Tucson on Dec. 2, 1941 to Francisco Trevino and Maria Valdez Trevino and was a lifelong resident of Arizona. Guero was a bull hauler and most recently worked for the / M Rodeo Company. On June 26, 1999 in Willcox he married Janice Chandler, who survives him. He is also survived by children, Speedy (Gloria) Trevino, Shelia Trevino, Johnny (Shannon) Trevino, all of Tucson, and Jaime (Tony) Vendegna of Prescott, along with 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. His sisters, Josie Trevino and Martha Gomez, and brothers, Rudy Teran, Bobby Valdez, Joe Trevino and brother-in-law Oscar Lujan, also survive him. Preceding him in death was his parents, a son Billy Trevino, and a sister Jessie Lujan. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at St. Francis De Sales, 1375 S. Camino Seco, Tucson, AZ 85710. Services entrusted to Westlawn Chapel, Mortuary and Crematory of Willcox, Ariz.
