Yuma Sun, Yuma, Arizona - Published in The Yuma Sun on June 9, 2013 - Idelle P. Driscoll, 93, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Yuma, AZ. She was born February 17, 1920 in Lamont, IA. Idelle managed an RV park with her husband. She was a member of the Assistance league of Yuma, American Legion Auxiliary unit #19 of Yuma, and Ladies of the Elk of Yuma. She attended Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church. Idelle is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Rock of Yuma, AZ; son, William (Kathy) Emanuel of Cedar Rapids, IA; brother Jack Scherrer of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Jonathan (Julie) Rock of Midlothian, VA, Tad and Michael Emanuel of Cedar Rapids, IA, Sara (Steve) Durbala of Amana, IA; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Red" Driscoll; 5 brothers; 3 sisters; and one grandson. Memorial services will be at Seventh Day Adventist Church 1681 S 6th Ave; on Friday June 14, 2013 at 3pm. Officiating will be Father Austin Mansfield of Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church. Her final resting place will be in Cedar Rapids, IA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Assistance. League of Yuma, or Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church.
