James H. Dowling, 54, of Dewey, Ariz., born July 24, 1954, in Alameda, Calif., passed away Feb. 19, 2009, at VAMC in Prescott, Ariz.

A celebration of life with military honors will be 9 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at the VAMC Chapel in Prescott.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
