Black’s Show Low Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Linda Marie Atwood (November 11, 1956 - June 16, 2013) Linda Atwood’s spirit departed this world on June 16, 2013 to join those of her Mother and Brother in Heaven. She was born on November 11, 1956 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was preceded in death by her biological Father - Maurice Farquhar, Mother - Lillian C. Mook and Brother - Steven Farquhar. She is survived by her Son – Anthony Atwood, Step-Father – David Mook of California, her loyal companion – Curt Givens, Aunts – Anette Reisig of Washington State, Betty Vincent & Evelyn Folks of California and Nephew – Andrew Farquhar of California. Linda was a resident of Arizona for 27 years. She had an engaging personality and easily made friends. She especially enjoyed gathering with them at Rumor’s Bar. She also loved to fish in Show Low Lake and was an aspiring rock hound. The family would like to thank her companion Curt Givens and Lydia & Ryan Rapp for the loving care they provided Linda during her final days. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at Rumor’s Bar on a date to be announced later.
