Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Thursday, June 20, 2013 >> Colette Hedelius << >> May 31, 1939 — June 10, 2013 << Our beloved mother passed away in Draper, Utah, to be with our Heavenly Father. Mom was a 10-year cancer survivor. She was a master wig stylist and volunteered her services at her local cancer center in Lake Havasu City. She donated wigs at her own expense and styled them for people who needed it. She is survived by her sons, Robert Lynn Ruffell and Alan Jay Ruffell and wife, Tammy, and adopted daughter, Michelle Young. She also is survived by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Proceeding to Heaven was her loving husband, Rulon Hedelius and her parents Ray and Helen Carter, of Utah. Colette/Mom will be deeply missed. She was well known and loved throughout the community. Thank you everyone for your love and support. A memorial service will take place Saturday, at 11 a.m. at Bethany Bible Church with Pastor Dennis McBride officiating.
