~Gladys Soderlund Walton, age 90, an 8-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013 in Bullhead City, Ariz. She was born on November 29, 1922 in Duluth, Minn.
~Gladys worked as a secretary, most notably at TRW for 17 years, until she retired in 1985. She and her husband Neil then moved to Kingman, Ariz.
~She enjoyed reading and crocheting, and was an avid traveler.
~Gladys is survived by her daughters, Susan (Gary) Blunt, of Fort Mohave, Ariz., and Kristina (Steven) LaMonica of Hawthorne, Calif.; four grandchildren, Johnny Norman, Erik (Julie) Blunt, Jodie Norman, and Shelley (John) Blunt-Burkett; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great granddaughters.
~A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Sunridge Village, 839 Landon Drive, Bullhead City, Ariz., 86429. Pastor George Lyman of Desert Shores Community Baptist Church will officiate.
