STANDLEE, Key Erman


Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on Sunday, June 23, 2013 - Key Erman Standlee, 59, of Savannah, Mo., passed from this life on Wednesday, June 19, 2013, in his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1954, in Santa Anna, Texas, to the late Ray and Marjorie (Baird) Standlee. Key married Lori (Keller) on Sept. 4, 2004, in Las Vegas, Nev. He was a hero to his loving son Curtis Ryan. Key was a member of the VFW Post 16 and the post chaplain, also a member of the A.B.A.T.E Jesse James Motorcycle Chapter. He served in the Navy, having served in the Vietnam War, on the USS Tripoli and honorably discharged. Key was a retired corrections officer. Survivors are his wife, Lori, of the home; son, Curtis Ryan of St. Joseph; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph (Debbie) Standlee, Curtis (Brenda) Standlee and Buddy Dodge, all of Kingman; sisters and brothers-in-law, Melody (Mike) Coffin of Kingman and Tina (Scott) Copeland of Texas; grandchild, Patrick James Wilcoxson; and his beloved dogs, Dutchie and Penny. No visitation or service is scheduled; Key will be cremated. Arrangements were entrusted to Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, Mo.
