HOFFMAN, Buddy

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, June 23, 2013 Buddy Hoffman was born Nov. 2, 1964, in Arizona. He passed away June 6, 2013. He is survived by his wife Shauna; two sons, Austin and Caleb; his mom Kay; and siblings, Danette, Jamie, Chuck, Amy and Dallas. He will be greatly missed. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at LifePoint Church, 10100 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz. The family would like to celebrate his life and request that guests wear colors.
