He was born April 7, 1970, in Prescott, Ariz., to P.I. Young and Teresa Reyes. Joe was a free spirit and loved by everyone who knew him. He was an amazing, well-rounded artist who enjoyed drawing, music and sharing his faith. He is survived by his parents; his daughters Artenise and Alyssa; his sons Jacob Young, Celeste Young, and Caleb Young; brothers Patrick Young, Vince Young, Antonio Young, and Eddie Young; half-brothers Jeremy Young and Nick Young; sister Christina M. Young; and grandchildren Sonny, Samuel, Danny and Ava. The family will receive the public for a viewing and visitation from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. in Prescott. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Final commendation will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Pioneers' Home Cemetery, 1300 Iron Springs Road in Prescott.
