Katherine, also known as Kay by her family and friends, was born in Deposit, N.Y., Aug. 23, 1934. She moved to California in 1968, where she met her loving husband Dalvis Dalton. In 2007, she moved to Lake Havasu City. We remember her as a loving wife, mother and grandmother with all the many family gatherings, picnics in the park, basketball games and card nights that took place. Family meant everything to her. Her passion for auto-racing influenced her son Larry and grandson Chris to both become modified racecar drivers. Her many other passions such as sewing, puzzles, reading, music, cooking, gardening and her love for the holidays also influenced many others in the family. The most special time of the year was Christmas for her, filling everybody with Christmas spirit as her and her kids and grandchildren decorated the house. Kay accomplished being a great wife, mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Dalvis H.
