Kathy M. Webb Howard, 46, of Winterhaven, died June 28, 2013, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.  Born June 7, 1967, in Yuma, she worked in social services for the Quechan Tribe.

A viewing will be 3 p.m. Friday at Yuma Mortuary Chapel. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Friday at St. Thomas Mission, with Father Rusty officiating. Quechan Indian Tribal Ceremonial Rites will follow at 5 p.m. at Quechan Big House. Cremation will be 5 a.m. Saturday at Quechan Cemetery.
