WHITTED,
Clayton Thomas

Sunday, July 07, 2013
Clayton Thomas Whitted was born June 27, 1985. He grew up in Prescott and graduated from Prescott High School in 2004. After high school Clayton worked for the Prescott Hot Shots.
Due to family circumstances, Clayton removed himself from the Hot Shots for a short time and served as a youth pastor at The Heights Church. He started Bible studies at Mile High and Granite Mountain middle schools and impacted hundreds of young people for Christ. Those Bible studies are still continuing today.
Clayton transitioned to the Granite Mountain Hot Shots in 2008 and married the love of his life, Kristi, in 2011. Clayton knew God placed him on the hot shots in order to be Christ to his crew. He loved his God; he loved his crew; he loved his job; and he loved his wife. He is survived by his loving wife, Kristi; his pops, Carl Whitted; and his sisters Cheryl and Carmen.
A service for Clayton will be at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at the Heights Church in Prescott. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Please visit hamptonfuneralhome.com to sign Clayton's guestbook.
