KENYON, Katherine Jean (Kathy)

Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Katherine Jean Kenyon June 26, 1957 ~ July 4, 2013 Katherine Jean Kenyon died suddenly Wednesday night, July 3, 2013 from injuries she sustained in a car accident. She was 56 years old. Katherine was born in Minnesota on June 26, 1957 to Bob and Shirley Kells. In 1967, Shirley moved with her family to Arizona. She married her husband, Gary Kenyon in June of 1975. The couple were blessed with three sons. Katherine loved her home in Show Low and enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. Proud of her accomplishments as a pharmacy technician, Kathy was a selfless, caring and strong woman. Her strength most recently was evidenced as she valiantly battled and overcame breast cancer. We all love her very much and she will be greatly missed by many. Katherine is survived by her mother, Shirley Kells; husband, Gary Kenyon; 3 sons: Heath Kenyon, Wyatt Kenyon, Kurt Kenyon and by 2 sisters: Patty Anderson and Vicky. A special memorial service for Katherine will begin 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 12, 2013 at Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona. Katherine's family is thankful for all of the acts of kindness they have received during this difficult time and are especially grateful for all of the prayers offered up on their behalf.
