Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Philander Narcisco (July 30, 1977 - July 7, 2013) Philander Narcisco, 35, passed away July 7, 2013 in Cibecue, Arizona. Philander was born July 30, 1977 to parents Minda Tessay and Phillip Narcisco. Philander was a firefighter for many years. He enjoyed fishing and loved the outdoors. Philander is survived by his mother Tessay; Sisters Melissa Declay and Anita Hawkins Colelay; sons Leander Narcisco and Bryan Narcisco; daughters Shania K. Narcisco, and Bethany Narcisco; and granddaughter Kylie Narcisco. He is preceded in death by his father Phillip Narcisco; brother Phillip Lane Narcisco, and sister Lavenda Narcisco. A one night wake will be held Friday, July 12, 2013 at 2:00PM at 714 North Tessay Road at Minda Tessay’s residence. A home funeral services will be on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 10:00AM.
