RUDY, James Conrad (Jim)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, July 14, 2013 James Conrad Rudy, 81, passed away July 11, 2013, in Prescott, Ariz. Jim was born July 7, 1932, in Wichita, Kan. He was raised in both Octave and Bagdad, Ariz., and attended schools there. He later began working with Bagdad Copper Company in several capacities: milling, drilling, warehouse and research and development. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Daniel and Richard Daniel, and a sister, Vivian Dillard. Jim is survived by children Cheryl Nelson of Scottsdale and Bud Rudy of Bagdad; sisters Gerri (Lowell) Duncan, Doris (Ken) Brockway and Jackie (John) Allen; and five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, July 15, 2013, at Wickenburg Funeral Home with interment at the Congress Cemetery.
