Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/19/2013
Frances Dee Donohue died July 9, 2013, at Summit Healthcare in Show Low. Surrounded by her loving family as she peacefully entered into eternal life, where her beloved husband, Richard Donohue, who preceded her in death, was waiting patiently for the love of his life to join him.
Frances was born Jan. 29, 1937, in Panaca, Nev., to Winifred Cutler Hinds and Marvin T. Hinds. In 1946, the family moved to Ohio, where later Frances married and began building her family and had six beautiful daughters: Lorraine Ellen Peters, Elain (Michael) Mendez Dolores June Pugsley, Elizabeth (Joseph) Ridley, Roxanne (Randy) McIntyre and Anne Frances Ford.
In 1977, Frances relocated back to Lincoln County, Nev., specifically Pioche, to be with her ailing mother and other family members. While living in Pioche, she met the love of her life, Richard Paul Donohue. They were married on Thanksgiving Day 1985.
After Richard’s death in 1997, Frances remained in Lincoln County until her health further declined. In the year 2000, she permanently moved to Arizona to be near her daughters.
Along with her daughters, she is survived by one brother, Marvin T. (Kathy) Hinds, and three sisters: Katherine (David) Roberts, Julia A. (Albert) Hoffman and Linda (Gary) Mann; and loving grandchildren: Christopher M. Sanchez, David A. Detrick, Shawna M. Pugsley, Leah R. Collins, Joshua R. (Erin) Peters, Joshua McIntyre, Jonathan (Ashley) Henderson, Jessica L. Pugsley, Jeremiah (Kimberly) McIntyre, Elyssa G.Ford and Matlin R. Ford. Frances also had 14 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way.
