SIPE, Mary Patricia (Patty)

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, AZ July 2000 Mary Patricia Sipe passed away July 14, 2000. Patty was born in Sydney, Nebraska on August 21, 1923 to Virgil Anderson Southwick and Kathryn Sechrest Southwick. She was married to George Emery Sipe of Chandler, OK from December 1945 until his death in 1991. Patty worked at the federal bankruptcy court clerk's offices in Tuscon and Phoenix. Patty is survived by her son, daughter-in-law and grandsons: Barry, Susan, Nicholas, and Benjamin Baker Sipe of Tuscon, her sister and husband Virginia and Paul Stewart of Kansas City, MO. and their family, and by her brother and wife Max and Shirley Southwick of San Diego, CA and their family. She was preceded in death by her son George "Rusty" Sipe. A memorial service will be on Saturday at 2pm at the Eastern Star Retirement Center.
