The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Friday, July 26, 2013 Harry O. Deatherage, 89, of Burton, Ohio, passed away on July 22, 2013. He is survived by his beloved wife, Marilee; two sons, Stephen and Andrew (having been pre-deceased by son, Peter); grandchildren Daniel, Matthew and Hannah; two daughters-in-law, Pergentina and Deirdre; and a sister, June. Mr. Deatherage is a native of Illinois, served in the Air Corps in World War II, graduated in accounting from Antioch College of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and worked as controller and financial V.P. in several manufacturing companies. Retirement took him and "Lee" for 21 years to Prescott, Ariz., where he was active in Habitat for Humanity as well as Prescott People Who Care and the Prescott Public Library. Burial will be in Welton Cemetery in Burton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Prescott Public Library, www.prescottlibrary.info. Information provided by survivors.
