The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Saturday, July 27, 2013 Trudi Rae Schultz, 61, passed away July 24, 2013, after a short but valiant fight with kidney cancer. She was born Nov. 21, 1951, in Marshfield, Wis., to Raymond and Adeline Borens, who predeceased her, as well as her brother John Borens of Longview, Texas. She worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for James Deep Well Ranch in Prescott, Ariz., for 28 years. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jim Schultz of Chino Valley, Ariz.; daughter Beckie Craighead; son-in-law Brian Craighead; grandson Jacob Craighead; granddaughter Justine Craighead of Baraboo, Wis.; sister Gerrie Wenzel of Tacoma, Wash.; sister Nancy Cubbage of Coloma, Mich.; brother Peter Borens of Marshfield, Wis.; and her Labrador retrievers Eddie and Zoey. Donations to the Yavapai Humane Society in her name are welcome. Information provided by survivors.
