WILLIAMS, Jonathan (Eli)

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Tuesday, July 30, 2013 Jonathan "Eli" Williams. Eli would be 50 this October. His Heavenly Father released him from this earth July 15, 2013, after a long bout with cancer. Born October 2, 1963, in Phoenix, he attended Clarkdale Elementary and was a graduate of Mingus Union High School. He is survived by his children, Morgan Williams and grandson Jack of Montana, Tyler & Michelle Williams of Florida, stepdaughter Megan Hoover of Phoenix, brothers Bill (Toni) Shawn (Karen), sister Merrill (Harry) Coffer, mother and step dad, Ruth and Jerry Sweeny. He is preceded in death by father Billy V. Williams. Memorial will be August 10 @ 2:30 at Emmanuel Fellowship in Cottonwood. Information provided by survivors.
