Lewis is survived by his daughters, Cheryl Jody, Dorothea Day; sisters, Clea Analla of Winslow, Rose Sam and Geneive Gray of Dilkon; brothers, Eddie Joey of Dilkon, Ray Joey of Dilkon and Virgil Joey of Cottonwood, AZ and many nephews and nieces. 

He was a loving father and grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandkids.
