Willcox Range News, Willcox, Arizona Tuesday, August 06, 2013 Pamela L. Bates of Willcox died July 27, 2013 at her home at the age of 49. She was born in Willcox on Jan. 22, 1964 to George Robert Moyer and Carolyn Jane Phillips Moyer. Pam was a homemaker. Survivors include her spouse, John Kocevar of Sunsites; her children, Marie McCombs of Glendale, Ariz., Josh McCombs of Phoenix, Ariz., Amber Mills of Willcox and Michael Bates of Willcox along with five grandchildren. Pam is also survived by her sisters Tammy Reyes of Willcox, Carol Roberson of Seguin, Texas, and Mary Jane Krauss of Phoenix. Her brothers Bill Pace of Phoenix, Dustin Pace of Texas and Shane Cornelius of Georgia, also survive her. Preceding her in death were her parents and her adopted mom Linnie Mae Moyer.
