Herbert Hoover Peneston passed away Aug. 18, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 84. He was born Jan. 28, 1929, in Fulton, Mo., to Sherman Peneston and Ida (Thomas).

Herbert was as a supervisor in construction and has made Arizona his home for the last 32 years. He was a huge Diamondbacks fan and will be missed dearly by his friends and family.

He is survived by his son, Sherman Peneston, of Florida; brother, Robert Peneston, and his sister, Alberta Barrett, both from Missouri.
