GUZIK, Theo Beth

The Daily Courier Prescott, Arizona March 26, 2007 Theo Beth Guzik, 86, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Evergreen Valley Health and Rehab Center in Mesa, Ariz. She was born June 28, 1920, in Roxie, Mississippi; the daughter of Robert and Vada Mae (Smylie) Dixon. Theo worked as a seamstress for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Theo enjoyed sewing clothes, making quilts, growing flowers and cooking for her family. She was very good at embroidering and loved going for walks. Theo is survived by her children and their spouses, Kenneth (Jimmi) Guzik of Safford, Arizona, Margaret (Douglas) Kimberlin of Mesa, Arizona, and Linda Warren of Tempe, Arizona. Her grandchildren; Patrick, Cullen, Robert, Pamela, Deborah, Terri, Kevin, Julie, Mark and Jake. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; Kylee, Megan, Tyler, Stephanie, Bethany, Madison, Kristin, Eric, Tyler, Zach, Nickolas, Nathan, Matthew, Michael, and Ryan. Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton streets in Prescott. A celebration of Theo's life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at the funeral home. Burial will be at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.
