The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Sunday, September 08, 2013 Raymond C. Sancho, 83, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, after a long battle with Alzheimer's and while he was in the care of Granite Mountain Hospice, whom we wish to thank for all their support during this most difficult time. Ray is survived by his wife Maria; daughter Nancy Sancho Philipp of Scottsdale, Ariz.; six grandchildren, Sean, Alyssa, Shelly, Caroline, Eric and Sara; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Nicolas. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Heritage Memory Mortuary has been entrusted with private cremation arrangements and, according to Ray's wishes, there will not be a funeral. A reception for family and friends to honor his memory will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at the family home.
