Valdez, 53, a resident of Prescott, Ariz., since 2008, passed away on July 17, 2013, in Phoenix, Ariz. She was born to Pat Rehberg and Palm Palmer Sr. on May 19, 1960, in Mobile, Ala. She dedicated her professional life to inspiring and educating the youth, especially her latest mission at God's World Preschool in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Wendy is survived by her children Khory Jordan, Theodore Valdez IV and Alexander Valdez; mother Pat Rehberg; father and stepmother John and Jackie Palmer Sr.; two grandchildren; and three siblings.
