Jessie I. Phillips, 88, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 25, 1918, in Sioux City, Iowa, passed away March 13, 2007, at her care center in Prescott.

A reception and tea in celebration of Jessie's life will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, in the Carriage House on the grounds of Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez, Prescott, Arizona.

Burial was in Winslow Cemetery, Winslow, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home is meeting the family's needs.
