The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, September 21, 2013 Virginia H Moore of Cottonwood died June 30 in Edmonds, WA. She was born January 19, 1924 in Iron River, Michigan to Art & Edith Hendrickson. Virginia moved with her parents to the Seattle area as a child, where she later met & married her husband of 44 years Bill Moore. In 1976 she retired from Safeco Insurance Company & moved to Cottonwood where they purchased Green Tree Mobile Home Park, which they ran for 20 years. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Moore & son Ronald Moore. She is survived by her sons Edward Moore (Mary) of Renton, WA, Gary Moore, Shary of Lynwood, WA, Bill Moore, Debbie of Clear View, WA & daughter Shellee Serna, Sevio of Cottonwood, AZ, 10 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren. Memorial contributions can be made on line to the Alzheimer's Association. Private services were held. Information provided by survivors.
