BLEZIEN, Stephen J.

The Verde Independent, Verde Valley, Arizona April 2007 Stephen J. Blezien, 44, of Chicago, Ill., died in Sedona, Ariz. on March 24, 2007. He was born Dec. 30, 1962, in Chicago to Stephen and Patricia Blezien. He was a graduate of Niles North High School, located just north of Chicago. He obtained his master's degree at the DePaul University in Maine. Professionally, Stephen held a variety of positions, some of which included CEO with Franzen Trucking Company, general accountant for various companies, sales associate with Tommy Hilfiger, and computer high school teacher with the Chicago Public School System. He was a member of the St. Stanislaws Kostka Church in Chicago. Stephen leaves behind his mother, Patricia Blezien of Sedona, Ariz.; and his brother, Michael Blezien of Cottonwood, Ariz.. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Sedona, Arizona on April 18 at 7 p.m. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Chicago at the St. Adalbert Cemetery.
