The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 09/27/2013 Dusty Wayne Sanchez went home with our heavenly Father Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, in Whiteriver. He was born March 18, 1978, in Whiteriver. Dusty loved to spend time with his family. He cherished them and loved them all. He enjoyed fishing and playing baseball. He will be deeply missed by all his relatives and friends. Dusty is survived by his children: Shaniqua Sanchez, Tyes Sanchez, Deviness Sanchez, Kamiaya Sanchez; mother Manuelita Sanchez; grandparents: Lincoln and Nadine Sanchez; sisters Alvina Clay, Kimberly Walker; brothers Gabriel Walker, Arvin Walker; aunts: Ferry Carol, Jeannette Walker, Era Sanchez, Linda S. Baha, Sylvia Sanchez, Vernadale Sanchez; uncles: Fritz Walker, Van Walker, Fernando Martin, Eddie Sanchez, Linkie Sanchez, Jimmy Sanchez and many cousins, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnathan Wayne Kessay; uncle Bobbie Sanchez; stepmother Leeanna White. Dusty’s body will be brought back to his residence in Chinatown #129 for a two-night wake starting at 10 a.m. Sept 26 in Whiteriver. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at The Open Bible Lutheran Church in Whiteriver, with Pastor Joel Sutton officiating. Interment will be at the Manzanita Cemetery in East Fork. Manzanita Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
