The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Friday, September 27, 2013 Richard “Dick” Allen Watson July 26, 1934 - September 17, 2013 Richard (Dick) Allen Watson was born July 26, 1934 in Phoenix, Ariz. and died Sept. 17, 2013 in Payson, Ariz. Dick was a second generation Arizonan, born in downtown Phoenix at the original Good Samaritan Hospital. He was a longtime teacher of Phoenix – Cave Creek and from 1969 on of Payson. He is survived by extended family and friends too numerous to name. A celebration of life will be at First Southern Baptist Church, 302 S. Ash St., Payson at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 19.
