Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, September 25, 2013 - Ida B. Mowery passed away September 19, 2013 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 89. She was born Sept. 8, 1924, in Columbus, Ohio, to Charles E. and Ina Bell (Brush) Robertson. Ida worked at Columbus Boltworks General Motors in Columbus, Ohio; McCulloch Corp. in Lake Havasu City; and Barco Uniform Sewing Co. in Lake Havasu City. Ida moved to Lake Havasu City from Gahana, Ohio, 41 years ago. She is survived by her son John W. Mowery and his wife Linda; daughter Rojean Beal and her husband Gary; eight grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Ida’s name to Western Humane Society at 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
