Gwyn Morgan Humble was born in Seattle, Wash. She was the youngest daughter of Haydn and Evelyn Morgan. Shortly after her birth, her family moved to Spokane, Wash.
Gwyn was a graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane. She was employed for many years as a therapist working in the field of rehabilitation of chemically dependent persons.
Gwyn and her husband, Frank “Ty”, retired to Lake Havasu City in 2000. In retirement, Gwyn and Ty loved to travel in their RV as well as going on tours. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 30 years and her many friends and family.
Gwyn is survived by her husband, Ty Humble; sister, Claudia (Dick) Phenneger, of Post Falls, Ind.; nieces, April and Heather, of Spokane; and stepdaughters, Jennifer, Heide and Heather, of Seattle.
Memorial services will be at the Community Presbyterian Church at 3450 Chemehuevi Blvd., Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. David Bybee, of the CPC.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gwyn’s name may be made to Hospice of Havasu or Western Arizona Humane Society.
