He was born in Germany and migrated to the United States with his wife and daughter in 1955. They lived in California until 1991 when they moved to Lake Havasu City and made their home here for 22 years. Karl was a proud member of the Lake Havasu City Elks and Elks Yacht Club. Karl is survived by his wife of 59 years, Erna Bopp; son, Steven Bopp; and daughter, Gaby Villescas, of Lake Havasu City; brothers, Fred Bopp, of Texas, Gerhard Bopp, of Germany; sister, Hannelore, of Germany; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com. Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
