Mariah Sage Chatlin, age 5 of Peridot passed away on September 27, 2013 at Cardon Children’s Hospital She was born in Mesa, Arizona on March 4, 1908. 

Mariah is survived by her parents Mary Swift & Edwin Chatlin, sister Mickayla Chatlin and brother Malaki Chatlin. 

Wake will be on Saturday October 5, 2013 at the Marion Boni Residence @ 4:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be October 6, 2013 at the Marion Boni Residence @ 10:00 A.M. Interment will be at Lower Peridot Six Mile Cemetery
