Ole Krippner, 95, of Casa Grande, died on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at home.
Mr. Krippner was born Sept. 28, 1917, in Rice Lake, Wis.
A master carpenter, he moved to Arizona in 1943 and lived in Yuma and Kingman before moving to Casa Grande five years ago.
In 1960, he was accepted as a member of the Yuma chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America. He enjoyed harmonizing and singing immensely.
Survivors include two sons, David L. Krippner of Casa Grande and Karl L. Krippner of Bouse, Ariz.; a sister, Inge Davenport of Rice Lake; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Mae, and a son, Daniel W. Krippner.
