Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Manfor 'Rick' Sedillo July 28, 1964 - September 28, 2013 Manfor Richard "Rick" Sedillo, 49, went to be with our Lord on Sept. 28, 2013. Rick was born July 28, 1964, to Manfor and Stella Sedillo. Rick was known for his dedication to his family and the community's organizations. Many will remember him being the "man behind the camera lens.” He always took pictures at all the events and provided everyone with the pictures of their loved ones. He enjoyed spending time with his children and family. If it was an outdoor event.....he was there. He took great pride in his accomplishment of obtaining the Arizona State Championship in Wrestling in 1983. There is a running joke with Rick that he was never a day over 43!! As a cancer survivor, Rick always wanted to give back whenever he could. Rick made a decision to become an organ donor so that another individual could conquer a battle. He will always be known as a hero and his children are proud of the legacy their father will be known for. Rick is survived by his daughter, Alexus Knickole Sedillo (Christopher Reyes); son Brandon Richard Sedillo; father, Manfor Sedillo; brother Ralph (Leti); brother Eddie; sisters Sarah and Lori and many nieces and nephews. Rick is preceded in death by his son, Jaycob Manfor Sedillo; sister Alice Egbert; brother David Sedillo; mother Stella Sedillo and nephew Eric Sedillo. Services will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Rosary will begin at 9:30 a.m. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Celebrant Father Jeffrey King. Inurnment will follow at Desert View Cemetery. Luncheon will be at the Elks Lodge.
