Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on October 6, 2013 - Lynda J. McDowell of Kingman passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, in Kingman. She was born May 20, 1952, in Los Angeles to the late John and Mary Toth. She came to Kingman a year and a half ago from Cerritos, Calif. She was a member of the Kingman Elks Lodge. Lynda is survived by her husband, Fritz McDowell of Kingman; two daughters, Janeal (McDowell) Fraggetta of Milford, Pa., and Gina (McDowell) Sargent of Kingman; two sons-in-law, Joe Fraggetta of Milford and Wes Sargent of Kingman; two grandchildren, Julie and Jaxon Fraggetta; and a whole lot of friends. Lynda touched everyone she crossed paths with. Her smile and laughter were infectious. If you ever sat at her table, you wanted to come again. There will be a memorial service from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the Elks Lodge, 900 Gates Ave. There was no finer mother, wife or friend on this planet.
