Hazel Gilbert, age 92, formerly of Payson, passed away Monday night in Tucson. She is survived by 3 children, Lynnea, Laurel and Mary, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Oct 14 at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ.
